Consolidating the New Path of Non-public Party Building Leading Enterprise Development
To thoroughly implement the spirit of the Central Eight-Point Regulation and promote the synergy between non-public enterprise party building and production and operation, on April 24, Hu Shijin, full-time deputy secretary of the Non-public Party Committee of the Fuyang Economic Development Zone, Wu Xiaokun, and Yuan Qingchun, director of the Non-public Party Committee, led a group of grassroots party organization secretaries and party workers from enterprises and institutions in the area to visit and guide Anhui Guorite New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. Shao Teng, secretary of the Guorite Party branch, and Wang Lei, party worker, warmly received and accompanied the inspection team in conducting on-site investigations into the enterprise's party building work and innovative development achievements.
The inspection team first visited the company's exhibition hall and learned in detail about Guorite's technological research and development achievements in the fields of recycled carbon black, carbon silicon enhancer, and air inhibitors, as well as its intellectual property layout, university-enterprise cooperation model with Beijing University of Chemical Technology, and plant area planning and construction. Secretary Hu Shijin affirmed the company's practice of taking the "Green Road" party building brand as the guide, adhering to the "green innovation" development concept, and actively building a collaborative system of production, education, research, and application. He emphasized that non-public enterprises should use party building as a "red engine" to transform the advantages of the Party's policies into the actual effectiveness of high-quality development of enterprises.
In the Party member activity room and Party history education area, the inspection team conducted in-depth research on the construction of party building sites. Secretary Shao Teng introduced that the company's Party branch has always implemented the goal of "strong Party building, strong development," taking the "Green Road" party building brand as the core. Through standardized implementation of "three meetings and one lesson," themed party days, and other organizational activities, it strengthens ideological education for Party members; establishing "Party member vanguard posts" and "Party member responsibility zones for technological breakthroughs," promoting Party members to show their identities and set examples in core technological breakthroughs and safety production management, achieving "dual integration and dual promotion" of party building and business. The inspection team gave high praise to Guorite's innovative practice of "establishing branches in the industrial chain," believing that it provides a practical sample for the non-public party building in the Economic Development Zone that can be learned from.
During the inspection, the visiting group also visited the company's canteen and factory area environment, focusing on understanding Guorite's specific measures for implementing the Central Eight-Point Regulation. The enterprise strictly followed the principles of "simplicity and pragmatism, efficiency and standardization" in reception work, mainly conducting on-site visits and exchanges, avoiding formalism and extra burden, and implementing the requirements of style construction with a pragmatic style of "light travel and simple personnel," which was unanimously recognized by the inspection team.
This inspection, through "viewing the site, listening to introductions, and in-depth exchanges," fully demonstrated Guorite's vivid practice of using the "Green Road" party building brand to lead technological innovation and promote enterprise development through standardized management. The Non-public Party Committee of the Fuyang Economic Development Zone stated that it will take this inspection as an opportunity to continuously build a platform for interaction between government and enterprises, promote mutual learning and exchange among grassroots party organizations, guide non-public enterprises to transform the Party's organizational advantages into development advantages, empower the high-quality development of the non-public economy with high-quality party building, and effectively implement the Party Central Committee's decisions and deployments.
